Auxichron comes from the team behind Chronic Disease Mate for Africa (CDMA), which has run chronic disease outreach in Nigerian communities since 2020.
Auxibot gathers and explains. People decide. That line does not move.
Warning signs are caught by rules the clinical team wrote, then handed to a nurse or doctor. Auxibot never diagnoses or changes a dose.
Consent is asked separately for care, AI, and research under the NDPA 2023, and patients can withdraw or ask for deletion at any time.
Every reading and note is stored in an international health data format, and patients can download or share it with any clinic.
One care engine, several ways in.
Daily support for people living with hypertension and type 2 diabetes, with family able to sponsor care from anywhere.
Work from prioritised alerts instead of endless chat, with notes drafted for you.
Continuous chronic care for a defined population, with reporting on adherence and outcomes.
Follow Grace, 58, from her first message to her first blood pressure reading, and watch her health record build itself as she chats.
How Auxichron Health collects, uses, and protects your information, under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Your name and contact details, your date or year of birth and sex, where you live, the conditions you tell us about, your medicines, the readings you log such as blood pressure and blood sugar, the messages you exchange with us, and records of your consultations and orders. We collect only what is needed to care for you.
To provide your care: reminders, tracking, answering your questions, connecting you to nurses, doctors, and pharmacists, delivering your medicines, and keeping a record your care team can rely on.
You, and the members of your care team who need it to help you. A pharmacist sees what is needed for your medicines. An administrator can see your account and payments, but not your health record. A family member you add sees only what you allow, and you can change or remove that at any time. We never sell your information.
Some of our services use AI to understand your messages and draft information for your care team. AI never diagnoses you, never changes your medicines, and never decides anything about your treatment on its own. Every clinical decision is made by a licensed professional. You can decline AI processing and still use reminders and the human care team.
Your record is held on secure servers, and some processing takes place outside Nigeria with trusted technology partners, with identifying details removed where possible. Any transfer outside Nigeria is made on a lawful basis under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, with contractual protections in place.
To use any of these rights, message us on WhatsApp, type PRIVACY in the chat, or email us.
Health records are kept for as long as needed to care for you and to meet Nigerian health record requirements, then securely deleted. Call recordings are kept only as long as needed to write and check your consultation note.
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited by role, and every access to a health record is logged.
