Auxichron HealthThis notice explains how Auxichron Health Ltd ("Auxichron", "we") handles the details you give us when you join the pilot waitlist on this website. It follows the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
Your name, WhatsApp number, email address if you choose to give it, city or town, how you are signing up (for example, as a patient or a health provider), and the date and time you gave consent. We do not ask for health information on this form.
Why we collect it
Only to contact you about the Auxichron pilot: to tell you when places open, to answer your questions, and, for providers and organisations, to discuss working together. We rely on your consent to do this.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your details or share them for advertising. Your details are stored with the service providers we use to run this form and our messaging, who process them only on our instructions. Some of these providers may store data outside Nigeria; where that happens, we use providers with safeguards in place, as the Act requires.
How long we keep it
Until the pilot opens to you and you decide whether to join, or for 12 months after you sign up, whichever comes first. After that we delete it unless you become a user, in which case the separate patient or provider privacy notice applies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing auxichronhealth@gmail.com or replying "STOP" to any WhatsApp message from us. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
